(3) Agency form number, if any, and the applicable component of the Department of Justice sponsoring the collection: Form Number: ATF F 5300.11. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. (4) Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as well as a brief abstract: Primary: Business or other forprofit. Other: Federal Government, State, Local, or Tribal Government. Abstract: ATF collects this data for the purposes of law enforcement, fitness qualification, congressional inquiries, disclosure to the public in compliance with a court order, furnishing information to other Federal agencies, compliance inspections, and insuring that the requirements of the National Firearms Act are met. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: There will be an estimated 1,500 respondents, who will complete the form within approximately 45 minutes.
