This request provides a 30-day
comment period required by OIRA. The
Coast Guard published a 60-day notice
(71 FR 11437, March 7, 2006) required
by 44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2). In this notice
we stated that the complete ICR would
be available through both our online
docket and at a Coast Guard facility in
Washington, DC. Because the complete
ICR was not made available online
during the stated comment period, we
reopen the comment period for an
additional 30 days (71 FR 32113, June
2, 2006). Neither notice elicited any
comments.
