    Take notice that on July 19, 2006, Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, 
L.L.C. (Maritimes) tendered for filing a refund report in the above 
captioned proceeding pursuant to sections 154.501 and 154.502 of the 
Commission's regulations.
    Maritimes states that the report documents refunds made to 
customers in accordance with Section 1.2 of a Stipulation and Agreement 
filed with the Commission on June 28, 2005 in Docket No. RP04-360, and 
approved by the Commission's Order issued on May 15, 2006. Maritimes 
states that it completed the refunds on June 20, 2006.
