SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) is scheduled to file
the plats of surveys of the lands
described below thirty (30) calendar
days from the date of this publication in
the BLM Wyoming State Office,
Cheyenne, Wyoming.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: These
surveys were executed at the request of
the United States Department of
Agriculture Forest Service, Nebraska
National Forest and are necessary for
the management of these lands. The
lands surveyed are:
The plat and field notes representing
the dependent resurvey of a portion of
the Sixth Guide Meridian West (east
boundary), through Township 31 North,
between Ranges 48 and 49 West,
portions of the north and west
boundaries, a portion of the
subdivisional lines, the subdivision of
certain sections, and the metes and
bounds survey of Camp Norwesca,
Township 31 North, Range 49 West,
Sixth Principal Meridian, Nebraska, was
accepted June 2, 2006.
Copies of the preceding described
plats and field notes are available to the
public.

ACTION: Notice of Proposed
Reinstatement of Terminated Oil and
Gas Lease.
AGENCY:
Under the provisions of 30
U.S.C. 188(d) and (e), and 43 CFR
3108.2–3(a) and (b)(1), the Bureau of
Land Management (BLM) received a
petition for reinstatement of oil and gas
lease COC68455 from Western Energy
Resources Inc. for lands in Gunnison
County, Colorado. The petition was
filed on time and was accompanied by
all the rentals due since the date the
lease terminated under the law.

SUMMARY:
The lessee
has agreed to the amended lease terms
for rentals and royalties at rates of
$10.00 per acre or fraction thereof, per
year and 162⁄3 percent, respectively. The
lessee has paid the required $500
administrative fee and $163 to
reimburse the Department for the cost of
this Federal Register notice. The lessee
has met all the requirements for
reinstatement of the lease as set out in
Section 31(d) and (e) of the Mineral
Lands Leasing Act of 1920 (30 U.S.C.
188), and the Bureau of Land
Management is proposing to reinstate
lease COC68455 effective February 1,
2006, under the original terms and
conditions of the lease and the
increased rental and royalty rates cited
above.
