In its application, National Fuel proposes the conversion of Wells SC– 517 and SC–519 from observation to withdrawal status to facilitate the recovery of gas that has migrated from National Fuel’s Beech Hill Storage Field into the previously certificated Beech Hill Annex area and allow for more effective pool operation. The filing further indicates that the purpose of the construction of the 4-inch pipeline is to connect the wells to National Fuel’s existing pipelines in Beech Hill.
