An estimated 3,000 persons will have
engaged in one or more of these events.
An online survey of participants will be
conducted after the final event is
completed in June 2006. the survey will
give these individuals an opportunity to
provide feedback on the activities of the
PNL professional development program.
The evaluation will yield information
on what participants learned through
the program, their current partnering
activity, and their future interest in and
need for learning about partnering.
Information gathered will help IMLS
and CPB to identify potential areas for
improvement in PNL professional
development activities, determine the
level of need/interest for this resource
within the key stakeholder groups, and
assess the contribution of the

SUMMARY: The NRC has recently
submitted to OMB for review the
following proposal for the collection of
information under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44
U.S.C. Chapter 35). The NRC hereby
informs potential respondents that an
agency may not conduct or sponsor, and
that a person is not required to respond
to, a collection of information unless it
displays a currently valid OMB control
number.
1. Type of submission, new, revision,
or extension: Extension.
2. The title of the information
collection: NRC Form 590, Application/
Permit for Use of the Two White Flint
(TWFN) Auditorium.
3. The form number if applicable:
NRC Form 590.
4. How often the collection is
required: Each time public use of the
auditorium is requested.
5. Who will be required or asked to
report: Members of the public
requesting use of the NRC Auditorium.
6. An estimate of the number of
annual responses: 5.
7. The estimated number of annual
respondents: 5.
8. An estimate of the total number of
hours needed annually to complete the
requirement or request: 1.25 hours (15
minutes per request).
9. An indication of whether section
3507(d), Public Law 104–13 applies:

10. Abstract: In accordance with the
Public Buildings Act of 1959, an
agreement was reached between the
Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission (MPPC), the
General Services Administration (GSA),
and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission
that the NRC auditorium will be made
available for public use. Public users of
the auditorium will be required to
complete NRC Form 590, Application/
Permit for Use of Two White Flint North
(TWFN) Auditorium. The information is
needed to allow for administrative and
security review and scheduling, and to
make a determination that there are no
anticipated problems with the requester
prior to utilization of the facility.
A copy of the final supporting
statement may be viewed free of charge
at the NRC Public Document Room, One
White Flint North, 11555 Rockville
Pike, Room O–1 F21, Rockville, MD
20852. OMB clearance requests are
available at the NRC worldwide Web
site: https://www.nrc.gov/public-involve/

document will be available on the NRC

Advisory Committee on Nuclear
Waste; Renewal Notice
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission.
ACTION: This notice is to announce the
renewal of the Advisory Committee on
Nuclear Waste (ACNW) for a period of
two years.
AGENCY:
The U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
has determined that the renewal of the
charter for the Advisory Committee on
Nuclear Waste for the two year period
commencing on July 14, 2006, is in the
public interest, in connection with
duties imposed on the Commission by
law. This action is being taken in
accordance with the Federal Advisory
Committee Act, after consultation with
the Committee Management Secretariat,
General Services Administration.
The purpose of the Advisory
Committee on Nuclear Waste is to report
to and advise the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) on nuclear waste
management. The bases of ACNW
reviews include 10 CFR parts 20, 40, 50,
60, 61, 63, 70, 71 and 72, and other
applicable regulations and legislative
mandates. In performing its work, the
Committee will examine and report on
those areas of concern referred to it by
the Commission and may undertake
studies and activities on its own
initiative, as appropriate. Emphasis will
be on protecting the public health and
safety in the disposal of nuclear waste
and the handling and processing of
