clearance package.

focus on establishing the work of the
Board for Fiscal Year 2007. Election of
officers for Fiscal Year 2007 will be the
order of business during the monthly
meeting, which will begin at 4 p.m.
Public Participation: The meeting is
open to the public. Written statements
may be filed with the Board either
before or after the meeting. Individuals
who wish to make oral statements
pertaining to the agenda item should
