The program is authorized only in the States of Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, and Texas. The EUP is effective from February 7, 2006 to January 31, 2007. AGENCY: SUMMARY: On April 19, 2006, EPA released for public comment, its draft Guidance, Executive Order 13175: Consultation and Coordination with PO 00000 Frm 00038 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 Indian Tribal Governments (‘‘Guidance’’) in the Federal Register. The draft Guidance addresses the provisions of Executive Order 13175 (‘‘EO 13175’’) and how EPA generally intends to implement EO 13175 in connection with relevant EPA activities. This notice announces a 60 day extension of the comment period for the draft Guidance, Executive Order 13175: Consultation and Coordination with Indian Tribal Governments (‘‘Guidance’’).
