powerhouse containing two turbinegenerator units, having a totaled
installed capacity of 6.4 megawatts; (4)
a tailrace returning flows to the Little
River; (5) a one-mile-long, 14.4-kilovolt
transmission line or a 6.5-mile-long,
13.8 kilovolt transmission line
connecting to an existing distribution
line; and (6) appurtenant facilities. The
project would have an average annual
generation of 16,200 megawatt-hours.
