Beaumont Complex (Docket No. ER06-771-001); Exxon Mobil LaBarge Shute 
Creek Treating Facility (Docket Nos. ER06-772-000, ER06-772-001, ER06-
773-000 and ER06-773-001)

    ExxonMobil Baton Rouge Complex, Exxon Mobil Beaumont Complex and 
ExxonMobil LaBarge Shute Creek Treating Facility (ExxonMobil) filed an 
application for market-based rate authority, with an accompanying rate 
tariffs. The proposed market-based rate tariffs provide for the sale of 
energy, capacity and ancillary services at market-based rates.
