this reorganization are continued in full
force and effect.
III. Delegation of Authority: All
delegations and redelegations of
authority made to officials and
employees of the Office of Grants (AMT)
and the Office of Finance (AMS) will
continue in them or their successors
pending further redelegation, provided
they are consistent with this
reorganization.
IV. Funds, Personnel and Equipment:
Transfer of organizations and functions
affected by this reorganization shall be
accompanied by direct and support
funds, positions, personnel, records,
equipment, supplies, and other sources.

Agenda items are subject to change as

Activity; Comment Request; Proposed
Projects
Title: Procedures to Use the Child
Care and Development Fund (CCDF) for
Construction or Major Renovation.
OMB No.: 0970–0160.
Description: The Child Care and
Development Block Grant Act, as
amended, allows Indian Tribes to use
the CCDF grant awards for construction
and renovation of child care facilities. A
Tribal grantee must first request and
receive approval from the
Administration for Children and
Families (ACF) before using CCDF funds
for construction or major renovation.
This information collection contains the
statutorily mandated uniform
procedures for the solicitation and
consideration of requests, including
instructions for preparation of
environmental assessments in
conjunction with the National
Environmental Policy Act. The
proposed draft procedures update the
procedures that were originally issued
in August 1997 and last updated in
January 2004. Respondents will be
CCDF Tribal grantees requesting to use
CCDF funds for construction or major
renovation.

Agencies acting on behalf of Tribal
Governments.
