consultation with the General Services

Working Group and Task Groups

Public Advisory Committee was created
by Paragraph V.A.4 of the Memorandum
of Agreement and Consent Decree
entered into by the United States of
America and the State of Alaska on
August 27, 1991, and approved by the
United States District Court for the
District of Alaska in settlement of
United States of America v. State of
Alaska, Civil Action No. A91–081 CV.
The meeting agenda will include a
review of project reporting procedures,
the office lease, and an update on the
injured resources and services list.

SUMMARY: The North American
Wetlands Conservation Council
(Council) will meet to select North
American Wetlands Conservation Act
(NAWCA) grant proposals for
recommendation to the Migratory Bird
Conservation Commission
(Commission). The meeting is open to
the public. The Advisory Group for the
Neotropical Migratory Bird
Conservation Act (NMBCA) grants
program will hold its first meeting. The
meeting is open to the public, and
interested persons may present oral or
written statements.

ACTION: Notice of renewal of the Pinedale Anticline Working Group and
Task Groups.
