    Take notice that on July 29, 2005, Exelon Corporation (Exelon), on 
behalf its subsidiary of PECO Energy Company (PECO), filed a compliance 
filing providing additional information for two Exelon business units, 
pursuant to the Commission's June 30, 2005 Order. Exelon also requests 
a clarification or partial waiver from the Standards of Conduct.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of
