ACTION:
The Department of Homeland
Security, U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) has
submitted the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and clearance in accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995. The information collection was
previously published in the Federal
Register on April 21, 2006, at 71 FR
20712. The notice allowed for a 60-day
public comment period. No comments
were received on this information
collection.
The purpose of this notice is to allow
an additional 30 days for public
comments. Comments are encouraged
and will be accepted until July 28, 2006.
This process is conducted in accordance
with 5 CFR 1320.10.
Written comments and/or suggestions
regarding the item(s) contained in this
notice, especially regarding the

(4) Minimize the burden of the

are to respond, including through the

establish eligibility for waiver of
excludability based on humanitarian,
family unity, or public interest.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: 2,500 responses at 15 minutes
(.25) per response.

SUMMARY: The proposed information
collection requirement described below
has been submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act. The Department is
soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
PHAs are required to submit annual
and 5-Year Plans to HUD for tenantbased assistance and operating
subsidies. These Plans advise HUD,
residents, and members of the public of
the PHA’s mission for serving lowincome and very low-income families,
and the PHA’s strategy for addressing
those needs.
DATES: Comments Due Date: July 28,
2006.
Interested persons are
invited to submit comments regarding
this proposal. Comments should refer to
the proposal by name and/or OMB
