Take notice that on May 26, 2006,
National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation
(National Fuel) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth
Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets
listed in Appendix A to the filing, with
an effective date of April 30, 2006.
National Fuel states that the filing is
being made in compliance with the
Commission’s Order Accepting and
Suspending Tariff Sheets issued April
28, 2006 in the above-referenced
proceeding.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make

necessity authorizing Transco to
relocate and replace approximately 740
feet of 30-inch pipeline on its Mobile
Bay Lateral in Mobile County, Alabama.
