The form is used to obtain permission to export firearms and serves as a vehicle to allow either the removal of the firearm from registration in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record or collection of an excise tax. It is used by Federal firearms licensees and others to obtain a benefit. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: It is estimated that 70 respondents will complete a 18 minute form. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: There are an estimated 11 annual total burden hours associated with this collection.     The Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, 
Firearms and Explosives (ATF), has submitted the following information 
collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for
