The Executive Order established the
ICC to coordinate activities that ensure
the Federal Government appropriately
supports safety and security for
individuals with disabilities in all
hazard situations. The ICC is chaired by
the Secretary of Department of
Homeland Security.
The meeting site is fully accessible to
people using wheelchairs or other
mobility aids. Sign language
interpreters, open captioning, and
assistive listening devices will be
provided on site. Request other
reasonable accommodations for people
with disabilities as early as possible.

particular, the Coast Guard would
appreciate comments addressing: (1)
The practical utility of the collection; (2)
the accuracy of the estimated burden of
the collection; (3) ways to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information that is the subject of the
collection; and (4) ways to minimize the
burden of collections on respondents,
including the use of automated
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology.

the public seek to meet established
standards of customer service and (1)
Identify the customers who are, or
should be, served by the agency and (2)
survey customers to determine the kind
and quality of services they want and
their level of satisfaction with existing
services.
Burden Estimate: The estimated
burden remains at 5,847 hours a year.
