The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. The Public Housing Assessment System requires public housing agencies to submit financial information annually to HUD. The Uniform Financial Reporting Standards for HUD housing programs requires that this information be submitted electronically, using GAAP, in a prescribed format.
