    Take notice that on May 31, 2006, Rockies Express Pipeline LLC 
(REX) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised 
Volume No. 1, Third Revised Sheet No. 22, to be effective June 1, 2006.
    REX states that the filing is being made in compliance with the 
Commission's letter order issued March 20, 1997, in Docket No. CP04-
413-000. TEX states that the tendered tariff sheet proposes to revise 
REX's Tariff to reflect an amendment to a negotiated-rate contract.
