    Take notice that on May 31, 2006, Gulfstream Natural Gas System, 
L.L.C. (Gulfstream) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 1, Original Sheet No. 8.02a, reflecting an 
effective date of June 1, 2006.
