Take notice that on May 31, 2006,
Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline
Company (Williston Basin), tendered for
filing with the Commission a revised
negotiated Rate Schedule IT–1 Service
Agreement. The proposed effective date
of the Service Agreement is July 1, 2006.
