Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, L.L.C.
(Maritimes) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised
Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets attached
to Appendix B to the filing, with an
effective date of November 1, 2008.
Maritimes states that it is also filing
a negotiated rate letter agreement and a
firm service agreement under Rate
Schedule MN365, attached to Appendix
A to the filing, both will become
effective November 1, 2008, or the date
on which service commences on
Maritimes’ Phase IV Project facilities.
Maritimes states that copies of its
filing have been mailed or, if requested,
emailed to all affected customers and
interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
