St., Craig, Colorado 81625. The
proposed exploration program is fully
described and will be conducted
pursuant to an exploration plan to be
approved by the Bureau of Land
Management. The authority for this
notice is 43 CFR 3410.2–1(c)(1).

on 3.09 acres, so the land can be
patented under sections 203 and 209 of
the Federal Land Policy and
Management Act of 1976, as amended.

Effective Date: May 26, 2006.

Section 35: Lot 5.
The area described above aggregates 3.09
acres in Custer County.
At 9 a.m. on May 26, 2006, the Desert
Land Entry classification identified
above will be terminated. The lands will
remain closed to location and entry
under the public land laws and the
mining laws, as they are currently
segregated for direct sale.
