SUMMARY: The Glenn/Colusa County Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Willows, California. SUMMARY: The Fremont and Winema Resource Advisory Committee will meet 
in Klamath Falls Oregon, for the purpose of evaluating and recommending
