    Take notice that on May 5, 2006, Southern Natural Gas Company 
(Southern) tendered for filing a refund report showing refunds that 
were made to Southern's customers regarding fuel over-recovery pursuant 
to Section 35 (Fuel Sharing Mechanism) of the General Terms and 
Conditions of Southern's tariff for the period March 1, 2005-February 
28, 2006.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
