Public Housing Agencies will provide
information required by statute for
verification of earned income by minors,
welfare rent reduction, over-income for
small PHAs and the Community
Services and Economic Self-Sufficiency
Program as part of the admission and
occupancy requirements authorized by
the Quality Housing and Work
Responsibility Act of 1998.
