NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant a partially exclusive license in the United States to practice the inventions described and claimed in ‘‘Biochemical Sensors Using Carbon Nanotube Arrays,’’ ARC–15205, to NanoWater, Inc., having its principal place of business in Seattle, WA. The patent rights in this invention have been assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
