Point) submitted a joint compliance
filing to the Commission’s Order on
Rehearing and Compliance issued
March 29, 2006 in Docket Nos. RP04–
197–000 et al. and the Commission’s
unpublished letter order issued March
30, 2006 in Docket No. RP06–232–000.
Cove Point states that copies of the
filing were served on parties on the
official service lists in the abovecaptioned proceedings.
