soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
Applications for grants to colleges and
universities establish Community
Outreach Partnership Centers to
conduct research and outreach activities
that address the problems of urban
areas. Reporting includes semi-annual
and final reports.
DATES: Comments Due Date: June 5,
2006.

this proposal. Comments should refer to
