State of Tennessee (FEMA–1634–DR),
dated April 5, 2006, and related
determinations.

affected by the catastrophe declared a
major disaster by the President in his
declaration of April 5, 2006:
Benton, Cannon, Carroll, Cheatham,
Cumberland, Davidson, Dickson, Maury,
Sumner, Warren, and Weakley Counties for
Individual Assistance.
Fayette County for Individual Assistance
(already designated for Public Assistance.)
Haywood County for Individual Assistance
and Public Assistance.
