requests Commission approval to permit
Bill Goldner, d/b/a North Beach
Development (North Beach), to
construct a commercial marina with
four floating boat docks. The four
separate boat docks would have 50 slips
each to provide 200 covered boat slips
for use by patrons of North Beach.
GRDA has waived the dock-placement
requirements of its lake rules and
regulations for this commercial-use
application.
