tailrace pipe; (9) a proposed 3,000-footlong, 12.3-kilovolt (kV) transmission
line; and (10) appurtenant facilities. The
applicant estimates that the total
average annual generation would be
3,300,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh).
West Valley Alternative B–1 run-ofriver development would have a
capacity of 1.36 MW and would consists

with grouted steel casing, (4) a proposed
powerhouse containing seven
generating units having a total installed
capacity of 189 MW; (5) a proposed 1mile-long, 115 kV transmission line; and
