    Take notice that on April 7, 2006, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of 
America (Natural) filed its Refund Report regarding the penalty 
revenues for the period January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005 that 
it refunded to its customers pursuant to Section 12.8 of the General 
Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of its FERC Gas Tariff, Sixth Revised 
Volume No. 1.
    Natural states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its 
customers and interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a notice of
