ACTION: Notice of availability. AGENCY: SUMMARY: This Notice of Availability announces the availability of application and nomination information for the U.S. EPA’s 2006 Clean Water Act (CWA) Recognition Awards. The awards recognize municipalities and industries for outstanding and innovative technological achievements in wastewater treatment and pollution abatement programs. Recognition is made for projects or programs in the following categories: outstanding operations and maintenance (O & M) at wastewater treatment facilities; biosolids exemplary management; pretreatment program excellence; outstanding storm water management; and, combined sewer overflow (CSO) control program excellence. The awards are intended to educate the public about the contributions wastewater treatment facilities make to clean water; to encourage public support for municipal and industrial efforts in effective wastewater management, biosolids disposal and reuse, and wet weather pollution control; and, to recognize communities that use innovative practices to meet CWA permitting requirements. Nominations are due to EPA headquarters no later than June 9, 2006. SUMMARY: The sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee was established by 
Pub. L. 105-121, November 26, 1997, to advise the Board of Directors on 
the development and implementation of policies and programs designed to 
support the expansion of the Bank's financial commitments in Sub-
Saharan Africa under the loan, guarantee and insurance programs of the 
Bank. Further, the committee shall make recommendations on how the Bank 
can facilitate greater support by U.S. commercial banks for trade with 
Sub-Saharan Africa.
