AGENCY:
Under the Federal Advisory
Committee Act, Public Law 92463, EPA
gives notice of a meeting of the
Environmental Technology
Subcommittee of the National Advisory
Council for Environmental Policy and
Technology (NACEPT). NACEPT
provides advice and recommendations
to the Administrator of EPA on a broad
range of environmental policy,
technology, and management issues.
The Environmental Technology
Subcommittee was formed to assist EPA
in evaluating its current and potential
role in the development and
commercialization of environmental
technologies by suggesting how to
optimize existing EPA programs to
facilitate the development of sustainable
private sector technologies, and by
suggesting alternative approaches to
achieving these goals. The purpose of
the meeting is to continue the
Subcommittee’s consideration of these
issues. A copy of the agenda for the
meeting will be posted at https://
www.epa.gov/ocem/nacept/calnacept.htm.
SUMMARY:
The NACEPT Environmental
Technology Subcommittee will hold a
two day open meeting on Thursday,
May 4, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and
Friday, May 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30
p.m.

Advisor (OSA) announced a public
meeting of the Human Studies Review
Board (HSRB) to be held May 2–4, 2006
from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 5 p.m.,
eastern time. However, the third day
may not be needed. Please be advised
the docket number for that notice was
incorrect.

initial filing of a pesticide petition
proposing the establishment of
regulations for the combined residues of
total fluroxypyr (fluroxypyr MHE and
its metabolite fluroxypyr) in or on garlic
and shallot (bulb), and onion (dry bulb).
DATES: Comments must be received on
or before May 22, 2006.
