The Fish Valve Unit consists of: (1) A 36-inch-diameter wye penstock connected to the power conduit; (2) a powerhouse containing one 670 kW generating unit; (3) a 7,700-foot-long, 12.47-kV transmission line; and (4) appurtenant facilities. As announced in the April 3, 2006 Notice of Joint Meeting, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will hold a joint meeting on April 24, 2006, in Room 2C, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426. The meeting is expected to begin at 2 p.m. (EDT) and conclude at 4 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend.
