land use plan amendment and the
involvement of the BLM in the EA and
plan amendment process may be

project. The Web site will include a
description of the project, responses to
frequently asked questions, and other
appropriate project-related information.

Historical Preservation Act, and the
implementing regulations of the
Advisory Council on Historic
Preservation at 36 CFR 800.2.
l. With this notice, we are designating
PSI Energy as the Commission’s nonFederal representative for carrying out
informal consultation, pursuant to
section 7 of the Endangered Species Act
and section 106 of the National Historic
Preservation Act.
