SUMMARY: The proposed information
collection requirement described below
has been submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act. The Department is
soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
HUD’s Office of Policy Development
and Research is conducting a five-year
study that will track outcomes for a
sample of 300 FSS enrollees taken from
a sample of twenty Public Housing
Authorities operating the FSS program.
The study will provide an assessment of
the results of the program for
participating families and an analysis of
the types of program models and
the functions of the agency, including
whether the information will have
practical utility; (2) Evaluate the
accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the
burden of the proposed collection of
information; (3) Enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and (4) Minimize the
burden of the collection of information
on those who are to respond; including
through the use of appropriate
automated collection techniques or
other forms of information technology,
e.g., permitting electronic submission of
responses.
This notice also lists the following

be 80 percent automated.

annual burden hours are 22,352.

collection: This is an extension of a
currently approved collection.

ACTION:
SUMMARY: As required by 43 CFR
2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that an
appealable decision approving lands for
conveyance pursuant to the Alaska
Native Claims Settlement Act will be
issued to Doyon, Limited. The lands are
located in the vicinity of Minto, Alaska,
are within:
Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska
T. 6 N., R. 8 W.,
Sec. 32, S1⁄2;
Sec. 35, S1⁄2.
Containing 640 acres.
Notice of the decision will also be
published four times in the Fairbanks
Daily News-Miner.
DATES: The time limits for filing an
appeal are:
1. Any party claiming a property
interest which is adversely affected by
the decision shall have until May 15,
2006 to file an appeal.
2. Parties receiving service of the
decision by certified mail shall have 30
days from the date of receipt to file an
appeal.
Parties who do not file an appeal in
accordance with the requirements of 43
CFR part 4, Subpart E, shall be deemed
to have waived their rights.

Federal Advisory Committee Act of

given that the Secretary of the Interior
has renewed the Bureau of Land
Management’s Gila Box Riparian
National Conservation Area Advisory
Committee.
The purpose of the Committee is to
advise the Secretary with respect to the
preparation and implementation of the
Gila Box Riparian National
Conservation Area Management Plan.
