    Take notice that on March 31, 2006, CenterPoint Energy Gas 
Transmission Company (CEGT) tendered for filing and approval a 
negotiated rate agreement between CEGT and Anadarko Energy Services 
Company. CEGT has entered into an agreement to provide firm 
transportation service to this shipper under Rate Schedule FT to be 
effective April 1, 2006.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
