Description of the need for the information and proposed use: This information is necessary to ensure that responsible individuals and organizations participate in HUD’s multifamily housing programs. The information will be used to evaluate participants’ previous participation in government programs and ensure that the past record is acceptable prior to granting approval to participate in HUD’s multifamily housing programs. The collection of this information will be 80 percent automated. Agency form numbers, if applicable: HUD–2530. Estimation of the total numbers of hours needed to prepare the information collection including number of respondents, frequency of response, and hours of response: The estimated number of respondents is 32,952 generating approximately 44,704 annual responses; the frequency of responses is on occasion; the estimated time to respond is estimated to be 30 minutes per submission; and the estimated total annual burden hours are 22,352. an appealable decision approving lands for conveyance pursuant to the
