ACTION:
On February 27, 2006 the Department
of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship
and Immigration Services (USCIS)
published a 60-day notice in the Federal
Register at 71 FR 10051. In that 60-day
notice, USCIS inadvertently referred to
the same data that was included in the
notice for the I–90 form that was
published on the same day.
Accordingly, the Department of
Homeland Security, (USCIS) is
republishing the 60-day notice for the
Immigration Pilot Program and has
submitted the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and clearance, in accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995. The information collection is
published to obtain comments from the
public and affected agencies. Comments
are encouraged and will be accepted for
sixty days until June 12, 2006.
