Description of Proposal: South Carolina Electric & Gas Company is requesting Commission authorization to issue a permit to The Lakeport, LLC for the use of project lands and waters to construct water-oriented recreation amenities, including three docks and boat ramp with associated excavation/ dredging, for use by residents of a proposed development. Approximately 6,600 cubic yards of material would be excavated to provide sufficient water depths to allow access to the piers, boat ramp, and other areas of the lake. The U.S. Department of the Army revised the proposal to limit the excavation area to the 356-foot contour in the center area, and the 355-foot contour in the two cove areas. The facility would not provide fuel services or pump-out facilities as boats with marine sanitary devices will not be allowed to be berthed at the docks. l. Take notice that on March 31, 2006, Trailblazer Pipeline Company (Trailblazer) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Fourth Revised Sheet No. 8, to become effective May 1, 2006. Trailblazer states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its customers and interested state commissions.
