Take notice that on March 31, 2006,
Vector Pipeline L.P. tendered for filing
an annual report of its monthly fuel use
ratios for the period January 1, 2005
through December 31, 2005. Vector
states that this filing is made pursuant
to section 11.4 of the General Terms and
Conditions of the Vector Gas Tariff and
§ 154.502 of the Commission’s
regulations.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
