affected agencies. Comments are
encouraged and will be accepted for

respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: 200 responses at 125 minutes
(2.083 hours) per response.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: 416 annual burden hours.

SUMMARY: The proposed information
collection requirement described below
has been submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act. The Department is
soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
The Lead Safe Housing Rule requires
that Federally Owned Residential
Properties and Housing Receiving
Federal Assistance provide the
following: A pamphlet on lead
poisoning prevention to tenants and
purchases; a notice to occupants on the
results of hazard reduction actions;
special reporting if there is a child with
an environmental intervention blood
lead level residing in the unit; and
recordkeeping.
