The staff of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission) will prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for the East Texas Expansion Project proposed by the Gulf South Pipeline Company (Gulf South). This notice describes the proposed project, the EIS process and how the public can participate in our 1 analysis.
