Two sets of comments and recommendations were from industry associations, and eight were from permitttees and third party users of G&G data and information collected on the OCS. We have carefully considered each of these comments and recommendations. We did not adopt recommendations that did not appear to be in the public’s best interest. SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending its
