SUMMARY: This notice lists the
newspapers that will be used by the
ranger districts, forests and regional
office of the Intermountain Region to
publish legal notices required under 36
CFR 215, 217, and 218. The intended
effect of this action is to inform
interested members of the public which
newspapers the Forest Service will use
to publish notices of proposed actions
and notices of decision. This will
provide the public with constructive
notice of Forest Service proposals and
decisions, provide information on the
procedures to comment or appeal, and
establish the date that the Forest Service
will use to determine if comments or
appeals were timely.
DATES: Publication of legal notices in
the listed newspapers will begin on or
after April 1, 2006. The list of
newspapers will remain in effect until
October 1, 2006, when another notice
will be published in the Federal
Register.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
administrative procedures at 36 CFR
part 215, 217, and 218 require the Forest
Service to publish notices in a
newspaper of general circulation. The
content of the notices is specified in 36
CFR parts 215, 217 and 218. In general,
the notices will identify: the decision or
project, by title or subject matter; the
name and title of the official making the
decision; how to obtain additional
information; and where and how to file
comments or appeals. The date the
notice is published will be used to
establish the official date for the
beginning of the comment or appeal
period. The newspapers to be used are
as follows:

regulations of the U.S. Commission on
Civil Rights, that a planning meeting of
the Rhode Island State Advisory
Committee will convene at 8:30 a.m.
and adjourn at 10 a.m. on Monday,
April 3, 2006 at the law offices of
Tillinghast Licht at 10 Weybosset Street
in Providence, Rhode Island. The
purpose of the meeting is to plan for the
Committee’s May briefing on ‘‘The
Disparate Treatment of Minority Youth
in Rhode Island.

AGENCY:
SUMMARY: The Bureau of Economic
Analysis (BEA) proposes to provide to
the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data
collected from several surveys that it
conducts on U.S. direct investment
abroad, foreign direct investment in the
United States, and U.S. international
trade in services for statistical purposes
exclusively. In accordance with the
requirement of Section 524(d) of the
Confidential Information Protection and
Statistical Efficiency Act of 2002
(CIPSEA), we are providing the
opportunity for public comment on this
data-sharing action. BEA will provide
data collected in its surveys to link with
data from BLS surveys, including the
Quarterly Census of Employment and
Wages, the Occupational Employment
Statistics survey, and the Mass Layoff
Statistics survey. The linked data will
