Take notice that on March 13, 2006,
Garden Banks Gas Pipeline, LLC
(Garden Banks) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original
Volume No. 1, the following revised
substitute tariff sheets to become
effective April 12, 2006:
