pursuant to the Bank Holding Company
Act of 1956 (12 U.S.C. 1841 et seq.)
(BHC Act), Regulation Y (12 CFR Part
225), and all other applicable statutes
and regulations to become a bank
holding company and/or to acquire the
assets or the ownership of, control of, or
the power to vote shares of a bank or
bank holding company and all of the
banks and nonbanking companies
owned by the bank holding company,
including the companies listed below.
The applications listed below, as well
as other related filings required by the
Board, are available for immediate
inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank
indicated. The application also will be
available for inspection at the offices of
the Board of Governors. Interested
persons may express their views in
writing on the standards enumerated in
the BHC Act (12 U.S.C. 1842(c)). If the
proposal also involves the acquisition of
a nonbanking company, the review also

In accordance with section 10(a)(2) of
the Federal Advisory Committee Act
(Pub. L. 92–463), CDC, NCEH/ATSCR
announces the following subcommittee
meeting:
Name: Program Peer Review
Subcommittee (PPRS).
Time and Date: 12:30 p.m.–2 p.m.
eastern daylight time, April 10, 2006.
Place: The teleconference will
originate at NCEH/ATSDR in Atlanta,
Georgia. To participate, dial (877) 315–
6535 and enter conference code 383520.
Purpose: Under the charge of the BSC,
NCEH/ATSDR, the PPRS will provide
the BSC, NCEH/ATSDR with advice and
recommendations on NCEH/ATSDR
program peer review. They will serve
the function of organizing, facilitating,
and providing a long-term perspective
to the conduct of NCEH/ATSDR
program peer review.
Matters To Be Discussed: Discussion
of the Division of Toxicology and
Environmental Medicine Peer Review;
an update of the discussion with NCEH/
ATSDR Director on direction of the peer
review process; a discussion of the
evaluation of the peer review process;
and a review of action items from this
meeting.
Agenda items are subject to change as
priorities dictate.
