Take notice that on March 6, 2006, RGC Resources, Inc. filed a Petition for Exemption of the Requirements of The Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005, pursuant to 18 CFR 366.3(b), 366.4(b)(1) of the Commission’s regulations. Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Norstar alleges that Columbia violated the Natural Gas Act and Columbia’s Tariff by refusing to accept deliveries of natural gas based upon a gas quality specification not set forth in Columbia’s Tariff.
